Contents of this web are developed and presented by Business Information Automation Service Line (BIASL) of Bangladesh. Data for the reports are collected from the publicly published data sources. Maximum methodologies of analysis of the reports are developed by BIASL. Copy right of those reports are belongs to BIASL. The user should abide by following terms to view and use the reports of www.biasl.net :

• Only the subscribed/registered user should use reports and subscribed/registered user does not have any right to circulate that to any other person or organization.
• Reports should not be for any publication in Newspaper, Internet or Electronic Media.
• If any body circulate the report and/or make any publication in the above said media without prior approval from BIASL, it would be illegal and unethical. If such things are revealed, the registration/subscription will be terminated instantly, subscription (if any) would be forfeited and BIASL would go for any legal action.
• All information for the reports are collected from daily stock quotations and companies' published audited annual reports. High level of caution has been taken to collect and present the information and data in the reports. BIASL will not take any responsibility if any body uses these information and data for his/her investment decision.
• In case of subscription transaction, BIASL will not take any responsibility of missing of the pay-order by the courier service provider or bill handled by any intermediate.
• For the subscription-based reports, BIASL could change the service charge any time. Generally in the month of July the service charge would be reviewed to match the current inflation rate.
